Reflections, images, pictures, thoughts, memories...
I always talk about keeping your eyes open because you never know what beauty you will see when you least expect it. But when I look in the mirror I don't see the same thing that others see when they see me. I struggle with my body image many days. The way I feel on the inside is not always what I see on the outside. Thankfully I have an amazing husband who sees me differently.
Reflections aren't always the person looking back at you in the mirror. Over the past week I have been reflecting on the past, memories of my childhood, loved ones who have died, the past 6 years, and this summer. Looking through old pictures and sharing stories with my kids. Reflections of the past are a part of all of us, as long as we don't get stuck and don't let them hinder us they can motivate us to keep moving. Little by little I am making changes. Today I started doing my stability ball again. Step by step, day by day, I will keep moving.
We will always remember, we will never forget..9/11/11

ArtsyBE is the act of doing something and being artsy. ArtsyBE is a state of mind, body and soul. Being artsy is findng that place, that thing that frees you and gives you peace. ArtsyBE gives you a peace that you enjoy separate from the everyday life. I started this blog to MOTIVATE MYSELF, if anyone finds this helpful then it was worth it.
